The Data is processed in paper and electronic format in compliance with the organizational and security measures established by the applicable law.

  1. Purpose of data processing

Zuniga Vergas Karen processes the Data (such as, for example, name, surname, address, etc.) provided by you, also online through our site, for the following purposes (i) managing the sale of our products and providing services and in the context of online activities for the management of the services offered on our websites, including the management of your requests for information ("Contractual Purposes"); (ii) comply with legal and regulatory obligations (“Legal Purpose”); and, with your prior consent, for (iii) the sending of communications, via electronic means (such as, for example via e-mail, sms, mms, mobile phone, social networks and chat) or paper (for example, traditional mail ), relating to its services and/or products, for participation in events and conducting market and statistical analyzes ("Marketing Purposes") and for (iv) analyzing habits, interests and preferences for the offer of services and the sending of the communications indicated above in line with the same ("Profiling Purposes").

  1. Legal basis

The processing of Data for Contractual Purposes is mandatory as it is necessary for the purposes of registration, the purchase of products and for the use of specific services offered. The provision of data for legal purposes is mandatory as it is required under applicable laws. Your refusal will not make it possible for you to use the products and services requested by you and made available. The processing of Data for Marketing and Profiling Purposes is optional and subject to your prior consent which may in any case be revoked. The processing for the Purposes of the Legitimate Marketing Interest is functional to the pursuit of a legitimate interest adequately balanced with your interests in the light of the limits imposed on this processing illustrated in paragraph 3 and will be carried out with effect from 25 May 2018, the starting date of the effectiveness of the Privacy Regulation.

  1. Data Retention

Your Data is processed for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated above and, in particular for the Contractual Purposes, the data is kept for the entire duration of the contract (in the case of accounts created on the site or in relation to services provided) and of the service requested for the following 10 years. For the purposes of the law, your data are kept for a period equal to the duration prescribed for each type of data by law. The Data processed for Marketing and Profiling Purposes are kept for a period of 7 years from the last purchase made and/or from the last contact with you (eg participation in an event, opening of the newsletter). The Data collected for the Purposes of Legitimate Marketing Interest are also kept for a period of 7 years from the last purchase made, without prejudice to the right to object to the processing at any time. Upon expiry of the retention periods referred to above, the Data will be automatically deleted or made anonymous in a permanent and non-reversible way.

  1. Communication and Data Transfer

For the purposes referred to in paragraph 3, you may communicate the Data strictly necessary for each processing purpose, to the following categories of subjects: (i) personnel in charge of processing (e.g. personnel of the CRM, IT, Retail Offices); (ii) consultants and service providers of a professional and technical nature (such as, for example, IT service providers, shipping service providers, legal advisers, etc.). Your data is not disclosed.

You will have the right to obtain a copy of the Data held abroad outside the European Economic Area and to obtain information about the place where such Data are stored by expressly requesting it to the address referred to in paragraph 8 of this information.

  1. Rights of the interested party

You can always assert your rights, for example you can access the Data, verify its content, origin, accuracy, request additions, updates, modifications, cancellations, request blocking for violation of the law, oppose the processing of your Data for legitimate reasons. In addition to the aforementioned rights, you may request the limitation of data processing, request data portability and lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority where the conditions exist.

  1. Changes, updates and contacts

This information is valid from the date indicated in its header.
